Shrimp farm

Near to this bat site was a shrimp farm. It's hard to know how to feel about these...farming the shrimp means that you're not trawling for them in the open water (and killing a lot more sea life in the process), but you are ripping up a lot of desert to build the farms and then pumping in seawater six ways from Tuesday. Need more information to make a judgement call on this one.
