Contia tenuis - Sharp-Tailed Snake

     1.  Small, unicolored snake (young have red lateral lines), with a highly keratinized tail tip
     2.  Primarily slug eaters
     3.  Locally abundant; active during cooler temperatures than most other colubrid snakes
