C. elegans expressing green fluorescent protein alternative splicing reporter constructs
The Intronerator is a tool for browsing cDNA alignments in the context of the C. elegans genome. The Intronerator includes a catalog of alternatively spliced genes, an intron database, and many other useful tools for doing molecular biology in the worm. In addition, an alignment of the entire genomes of C. briggsae and C. elegans can be viewed. UPDATED JUNE 2003 to incorporate the complete C. elegans genome sequence and over 100,000 new ESTs and cDNAs. The UCSC Genome Browser contains more advanced functions for looking at up-to-date C. elegans genome annotation, BLAT alignments, and worm comparative genetics.
